PHP TEAM LEADER

We are looking for talented individuals with a drive to create exceptional websites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coding, leading a team of 4-5 developers, and handling client communication for multiple projects. Your main responsibilities will include understanding client requirements and functional specifications, designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure and scalable multi-tier web applications. You should possess excellent knowledge and proficiency in PHP 5 programming based on MVC architecture. A strong understanding of PHP5, OOP, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, HTML/XHTML standards, JavaScript, JQuery, Prototype & Document Object Model, Linux, Web Services, Apache, MVC, and Code is essential. Familiarity with Codeigniter, Zend, or Cake PHP Frameworks is also required. Additionally, you should be adept at communicating with overseas clients through email and Skype. The ability to independently manage a team of 4-5 developers, along with a willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges, are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
