PHP Support Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated PHP Support Intern to join our team and provide outstanding technical support to our clients. This is a 6-month internship with the potential to be converted into a permanent position based on performance. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of PHP, good communication skills, and a keen interest in resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• serve as the primary technical contact for clients regarding PHP-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client -reported issues related to PHP applications, scripts or integrations
• collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs or technical problems
• Assist clients in configuring, customizing and optimizing PHP applications to meet their needs
• Provide detailed documentation and report on support cases
• Manage client records onboarding details in ERP systems for proper tracking and reporting
• Handle ongoing client support request ,enabling/disabling services and posting promtional content
• Implement SEO essentials such as meta tags and Google tag manager/analytics for perfomance tracking and marketing support
• Provide reliable support to ensure smooth day-to-day digital operations

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of PHP
• Understanding of HTML & CSS
• Basic ERP system usage
• SEO basics (meta tags, content optimization)
• Website management and content updates
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
