PHP - Opencart Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain e-commerce websites using OpenCart CMS.
• Customize and optimize OpenCart modules and themes to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PHP development with a focus on OpenCart (preferably v3.x.x).
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with OpenCart extensions and modules development.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms is a plus.
