PHP Developer/2+yrs/Gurugram

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing web applications using PHP, strong understanding of databases, and familiarity with front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work with MySQL/other relational databases for application data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimized performance of applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and web services as required.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of code and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a PHP Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Core PHP and knowledge of PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony).
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of security practices in web development.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with Laravel framework.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Magento).
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
