Job Description

About the Role:

PHP Developer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

    PHP

    and

    Laravel

    framework.
  • Develop and customize

    Shopify

    themes, templates, and apps (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Build and integrate

    RESTful APIs

    , third-party services, and internal tools.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs across platforms.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement best coding practices and participate in code reviews.
  • Maintain documentation of code, application structure, and workflow.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years

    of experience with

    PHP development

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Laravel framework

    (Laravel 8+ preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with

    Shopify

    , Shopify APIs, and Liquid templating language.
  • Strong knowledge of

    MySQL

    or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with

    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

  • Experience with version control tools like

    Git

  • Understanding of MVC design patterns and modern web architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
