PHP Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing hands-on technical leadership and mentorship.
Architect and develop scalable, high-performance PHP applications using modern frameworks.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UI/UX, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices are followed.
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
Drive continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and technical upskilling.
Contribute to sprint planning, effort estimation, and system design decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in PHP with experience in frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC architecture, and RESTful API design.
Proven experience leading a development team or mentoring junior developers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
