As a PHP Web Developer at GLEN, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our innovative and growing company. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP, WordPress, and Python. You will be involved in building and enhancing websites from scratch, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Collaborating with designers and developers, you will integrate front-end and back-end functionalities seamlessly, troubleshoot website issues promptly, and write clean, maintainable code adhering to industry standards. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3+ years of experience as a PHP developer with a strong portfolio of web applications. Expertise in WordPress, PHP, and Python is essential, along with a solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, familiarity with version control systems like Git, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are key attributes we are looking for. Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
