Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in building efficient, testable, and reusable modules, websites, admin panels, and web apps using PHP
Work on bug fixing, improvements, and feature development
Support senior developers in solving performance issues and implementing architectural changes
Create basic database schemas to support business processes
Use collaboration tools for bug tracking, task management, and Git repositories
Handle assigned development tasks throughout the web development lifecycle

Requirements:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP and at least one PHP framework (Laravel or CodeIgniter preferred)
1-2 years of hands-on experience in PHP development
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript
Understanding of MVC concepts
Knowledge of object-oriented programming in PHP
Basic understanding of scalable application design
Understanding of user authentication and REST APIs
Ability to create simple RESTful APIs using PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter
Experience in consuming third-party APIs (payment gateways, SMS, email APIs, etc.)
Basic understanding of API authentication methods (API Keys, Bearer Tokens, JWT)
Ability to test APIs using tools like Postman or Thunder Client
Knowledge of MySQL (NoSQL optional)
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Eagerness to learn and ability to work under guidance of senior developers
