PHP CodeIgniter

As a PHP CodeIgniter Developer, your main responsibilities will include developing, testing, and deploying web applications using the PHP CodeIgniter framework. You will also be integrating databases into web applications, ensuring efficient and optimized database queries. Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic is another key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be creating and consuming APIs to enable data exchange between different systems and optimizing code for better performance while maintaining coding standards. Implementing security measures to protect web applications, optimizing API performance, and identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner are also part of your responsibilities. Effective collaboration with designers, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and maintaining technical documentation for code, APIs, and other project aspects are essential tasks. Your Key Performance Areas (KPAs) will be focused on timely and successful delivery of fully functional web applications, smooth integration of databases, successful integration of front-end elements, effective development and utilization of APIs, consistent optimization of code, strong security implementation, continuous monitoring and improvement of website performance, quick resolution of technical issues, effective collaboration, and detailed technical documentation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include measuring the average time taken to develop and deploy web applications, accuracy and speed of PHP CodeIgniter configuration, number of successful application implementations, database integration performance metrics, user satisfaction and successful integration of designs, successful creation and consumption of APIs, code optimization metrics, security implementation effectiveness, website performance improvement, troubleshooting efficiency, collaboration effectiveness, and quality of documentation completeness and clarity. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in PHP development using the CodeIgniter framework, knowledge of front-end technologies, understanding of object-oriented PHP programming, experience in creating scalable applications, familiarity with user authentication and authorization, RestFull API Development, Google Sheets APIs, and Google Analytics, proficiency with code versioning tools like GitLab, GitHub, and Bitbucket, knowledge of SQL databases like MySQL and MongoDB, strong problem-solving skills, excellent project planning skills, and superb collaboration skills.
