The Role (PHP Associate Lead Founders Office)
This is not a managers desk job. This is a build + lead + think role. You will:Lead Ideas to Launch: Take ownership from concept to copy, from feature set to polished launch.Client Interaction: Confidently lead Zoom calls, understand client vision, and deliver beyond expectations.-- Assisting 2 Handoff or Discovery meeting daily with Sales you understand the project.Full Project Ownership: Handle development/implementation from start to final client 5-star review. Once a project is in your hands, you:-- Meet clients and confirm requirements-- Submit work and gather feedback-- Brainstorm or suggest improvements within the project scope-- Route additional needs to BA/CSMs-- Get work done on time (or before time is much better)-- Resubmit, collect feedback, and close with a final 5-star review from client- Velocity Growth: Achieve 2x output by Month 6, and 2x again by Month 10.- Deliverables:-- Handle 100+ client projects in a year (small to big, from 2days work to 5months work)or upto 10 juniors, while ensuring high quality productive output is achieved; i.e 45+ hours of estimated work per week per junior.-- 20+ Micro Tools/Services-- 2+ Zoom rooms a week-- Help 10+ Clients in a year while they grow $100k+ each.-- You will get an initial team. However, train and mentor 4050 juniors/interns over time, and from them build a core team of 10 sharp, high-performing developers so you thrive overall.Collaborate: Work closely with internal designers, developers, and strategists to ensure world-class output.Assist on Zoom Rooms: Assist 2 hours on select days to educate and support clients live.Co-Lead Special Programs: Help incubate founders/entrepreneurs and move them from 0 ? 1.Co-Lead Training Programs: Build your own team, mentor them right, and shape the next generation of developers.Team Scaling: Groom juniors to independently manage key activities; when they prove consistent performance over 23 years, help decide next leadership steps.Who Should Apply-- 4-10 years experience in PHP / MySQL/ Bootstrap (solid fundamentals, proven track record).-- Ability to own projects end-to-end from problem ? solution ? delivery.-- Above-average communication skills comfortable speaking with US/UK clients.-- Hunger for ownership, not just tasks.-- Someone whos been waiting for the right environment to unleash everything they know.If youve got 4-10 years of PHP firepower, if you can say Give me PHP and Ill build the world, and if youre tired of safe jobs that go nowhere then stop applying elsewhere.This is the one role youve been waiting for.
