As a Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience, your role will involve developing server-side logic and APIs using PHP and relevant frameworks. You will be responsible for building and maintaining user-facing features with ReactJS. Collaboration with cross-functional teams like product managers, designers, and other engineers will be essential to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Your active participation in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, will be crucial. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks will be highly valued. Direct communication with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and manage expectations will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintain code quality, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Furthermore, creating and maintaining technical documentation for new and existing features will be essential.
