Grand Studio, a premier photography studio, is hiring a versatile Photographer & Customer Service Specialist. This hybrid role is perfect for a creative individual who excels in both photography and client relations.

You will be responsible for conducting photo sessions, editing images to a high standard using Adobe Photoshop, and managing all aspects of the client experience. This includes greeting customers, scheduling appointments, assisting with photo selection, and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Photography: Lead in-studio and on-location photoshoots, managing all lighting and equipment.
• Photo Editing: Perform expert-level retouching, color correction, and enhancements in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage bookings, handle inquiries, and process payments.

Qualifications

• A strong photography portfolio demonstrating technical and creative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail or client-facing experience is a plus.
