The Photoshop Expert will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and refining high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms. This includes product imagery, marketing collaterals, look books, e-commerce listings, and brand campaigns. The role demands a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related design tools. Key Responsibilities Edit, retouch, and enhance product and lifestyle images for catalogs, e-commerce, and marketing use. Remove backgrounds, correct colors, adjust lighting, and ensure visual consistency across all images. Create banners, look book pages, thumbnails, and campaign visuals as per brand guidelines. Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and designers to maintain brand aesthetics and visual storytelling. Prepare images for online listings (Shopify, Ajio, Myntra, Amazon, etc.) with correct sizing, resolution, and format. Work closely with marketing teams to design creatives for ads, emailers, and social media campaigns. Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and version control. Ensure all edits meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and brand consistency. Skills & Competencies Expert in Adobe Photoshop (retouching, masking, color grading, liquify, actions, batch processing). Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom, or Canva (added advantage). Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and color theory. Understanding of e-commerce and fashion photography standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Creativity, discipline, and an eye for perfection. Basic video editing or motion graphic skills (preferred, not mandatory). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience. 2–5 years of experience in professional photo editing or creative design. Portfolio demonstrating high-quality retouching and creative visuals. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timeliness and accuracy of delivered creatives. Quality consistency and adherence to brand standards. Creative contribution to campaign visuals. Efficiency in handling bulk image edits and quick turnarounds.
