Photographer/Videographer

Pixeltoonz Academy, Kerala's No.1 Design & Media School, is seeking a talented photographer cum videographer who can also serve as an instructor. As a passionate individual with a deep understanding of photography and videography techniques, you will have the exciting opportunity to impart your knowledge to aspiring students. Your primary responsibilities will include capturing high-quality images and videos for academic and promotional purposes. This will involve conducting studio and outdoor shoots encompassing various genres such as fashion, product, event, and documentary photography/videography. Additionally, you will be responsible for teaching students both fundamental and advanced concepts in photography and videography, guiding them on lighting setups, camera handling, editing workflows, and post-production processes. Proficiency in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and video equipment is essential for this role. You should also possess strong editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Effective communication and teaching abilities are crucial, and prior experience in training or mentoring students will be advantageous. To excel in this position, you must stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of photography and videography.
