Photographer/Videographer/Editor Seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, self-starter to be a key contributor in building an iconic Digital Brand Services Agency. The incumbent will be a skilled creative and talented Photographer/Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail, capable of producing high-quality photos and videos that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing goals. This role involves conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and delivering visually appealing and engaging content. What’s on offer - The chance to be part of a young, fun, and growing organization and the opportunity to build hands on a top-notch client, project and agency portfolio. § Equipment Handling: Technical expertise to work across different cameras, lenses and even mobile phone and ensure output quality is of the highest standards. § Photography: Capture high-quality images for various purposes, including social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and events. § Videography: Plan, shoot, and produce videos that tell a compelling story, including promotional videos, interviews, product demonstrations, and event coverage. § Editing: Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software to enhance their quality, ensuring they meet the desired specifications and brand standards. § Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with marketing strategies. § Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. § Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. § Collaboration: Work closely with clients, creative directors, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver on expectations. § Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography, videography, and editing to continuously improve skills and output. Who You Are Competency § Experience: Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer/Editor, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting. § Technical Skills: Proficiency with professional camera equipment and lighting setups. Advanced skills in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects). § Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography and videography projects. § Creativity: Exceptional creative vision and storytelling abilities. § Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. § Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. § Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. § Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. § Education: Degree in Photography, Film, Media Arts, or a related field. § Additional Skills: Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus. § Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
