As a Video Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality photos and videos for various purposes such as marketing, branding, events, and promotional materials. Your responsibilities will include planning, shooting, and editing video content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns. Additionally, you will be tasked with enhancing videos using advanced software, applying color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed. Having knowledge of Graphic Design would be beneficial in excelling in this position. Your collaboration with the HOD and Content Developer will involve developing video concepts and storyboards. Moreover, you will be in charge of managing video and photo content archives to ensure easy access and organization. Staying abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques is essential to enhance video production quality and ensure that all content aligns with the brand's identity and messaging guidelines. This role may require occasional travel to various facilities and camps. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time The job type for this position is full-time, offering benefits including Provident Fund.
