As a Photographer Cum Editor at Green Hive Properties Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in capturing and creating visually stunning images and videos to showcase our properties. Your keen eye for detail and creative mindset will be essential in producing high-quality content that enhances our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits to capture photographs and videos of properties, collaborating with clients and team members to understand project goals, planning, shooting, and editing video content for various platforms, operating video equipment, creating engaging videography, editing and retouching images and videos, collaborating with the marketing team to develop visually appealing content, assisting in the development of creative concepts, staying updated with photography and videography trends, and managing digital assets efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a photographer and videographer, proficiency in photo and video editing software, a strong understanding of graphic design principles, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Preferred skills include experience with animation and motion graphics, familiarity with various filming styles, and knowledge of social media platforms.
