Photographer

As a Full-Time Photographer at Darsh Designs, your role will involve taking charge of all photography requirements ranging from candid and live shoots to product photography, editing, and managing the photo studio at our factory. You should be creative, technically skilled, and passionate about capturing visuals that narrate the story of our brand. - **Photography & Shoots** - Shoot high-quality product photos for website, catalogs, and e-commerce. - Capture candid and lifestyle photos of the team, factory activities, and behind-the-scenes. - Work on campaign and marketing shoots for launches, collections, and promotions. - **Studio & Equipment Management** - Set up and maintain an in-house studio at the factory (lights, backdrops, equipment). - Take care of all photography gear, ensuring everything is in good condition and ready to use. - Suggest upgrades or new tools to improve efficiency. - **Editing & Post-Production** - Edit and retouch images with consistency across platforms. - Deliver final photos within the agreed timelines (48 hours for product batches, 35 days for live shoots, 1 week for campaigns). - **Content Management** - Maintain a well-organized digital library of photos for easy access by marketing and design teams. - Ensure proper backups and file storage every month. - **Creative Contributions** - Share fresh ideas for shoots (themes, props, styling, locations) every month. - Stay updated on photography and visual trends, and bring them into the brand's storytelling. - Support in creating short-form video content (behind-the-scenes clips, reels). - **Teamwork & Coordination** - Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align on creative direction. - Coordinate with models, stylists, and external vendors for larger shoots when required. - **Performance & Growth** - Consistency and quality of delivered images. - Meeting shoot schedules and editing deadlines. - Creativity and originality in ideas. - Proper handling of studio/equipment and content library. **Requirements** - Proven experience as a photographer (portfolio required). - Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.). - Basic video shooting/editing skills (preferred). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. - Must be residing in the DahisarVirar region for easy commute to the factory.
