The role of Photo Editor at our company entails transforming raw wedding coverage into polished albums, ensuring that every moment captured feels timeless. Your edits will play a crucial role in shaping the final experience for our couples, from enhancing skin tones to arranging album spreads. Your responsibilities will include culling and organizing large sets of RAW wedding images, performing color correction and grading in Lightroom, as well as advanced retouching in Photoshop. You will also be tasked with designing photobook/album layouts with a focus on storytelling, and preparing digital and print-ready deliverables. It is essential to maintain a consistent visual style across various events and projects. Additionally, having basic skills in reel/video edits (using Premiere/CapCut) and creating creative thumbnails would be considered a bonus. To excel in this role, proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is a must. A keen eye for detail, particularly in skin tones and colors, will be valuable. The ability to work efficiently under deadlines, along with good communication and teamwork skills, is essential.
