Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collect blood samples from patients' homes, ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens.
Provide excellent patient care by being empathetic towards their needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of test results, patient information, and other relevant data.
Ensure timely delivery of collected samples to laboratories for further processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in phlebotomy or related field (home collections).
B.Sc degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent qualification.
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail; ability to maintain accurate records.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
