Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Phlebotomist. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood, ensuring proper labeling and handling of samples, and assisting medical professionals with laboratory and diagnostic procedures. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following proper safety protocols, and providing excellent patient care during sample collection processes. Attention to detail and adherence to medical guidelines are critical for this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Blood Collection and knowledge of proper handling techniques
Strong Laboratory Skills and experience in diagnostic procedures
Understanding of Medical Terminology and Medical Assisting
Familiarity with basic concepts of Medicine and healthcare protocols
Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping and labeling of samples
Certification or diploma in phlebotomy, or a related field, is highly desirable
