Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phlebotomist located in Bhavnagar. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples, accurately labeling them, and ensuring proper storage and handling. Daily tasks include preparing patients for blood collection, verifying patient information, using appropriate medical terminology, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory. The Phlebotomist will also assist with medical procedures as needed and contribute to maintaining the efficiency and reliability of the laboratory services. Qualifications Proficient in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills Experience in Medical Assisting and Medicine Knowledge of Medical Terminology Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus An active certification or diploma in Phlebotomy or Medical Assisting is preferred
