Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for understanding of test request and resolving issue if any arise related to test request. 2. Responsible for proper communication regarding patient preparation as per need of test as described in primary sample manual. 3. Responsible for taking up most care to avoid pre-analytical error during sample collection as described in primary sample collection manual. 4. Responsible for correct identification of patient as described in Phlebotomy Procedures. 5. Responsible for following phlebotomy procedure properly during sample collection. 6. Responsible for proper and effective communication related to phlebotomy procedure to Patient. 7.
