About the Role: We are hiring Phlebotomists to join our healthcare team at Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital, Bhubaneswar. The role involves professional blood sample collection, patient handling, and maintaining safety protocols. If you're passionate about patient care and diagnostic excellence, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients efficiently and safely. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory. Maintain accurate patient and sample records. Follow infection control and biomedical waste disposal procedures. Interact with patients in a respectful, reassuring, and professional manner. Support mobile/home collection if required. Eligibility Criteria: Education: DMLT (2-year diploma)—mandatory Experience: 1 to 3 years in phlebotomy or diagnostic lab sample collection Preference: Male candidates with a valid driver's license and own two-wheeler Salary: Competitive and negotiable (as per industry standards) Why Join Us?
