Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomist at AVISHKAR DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Uluberia-II. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, labeling and storing them correctly, maintaining patient records, and ensuring samples are transported to the laboratory. Additional duties include preparing the collection site, following safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness and sterilization standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology Understanding of Medicine and related practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus Certification in phlebotomy or a related field is preferred
