Responsibilities: Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture, finger sticks, or heel sticks as appropriate. Label all samples accurately with patient details and time of collection. Verify patient identification and ensure proper consent before collection. Maintain accurate records of samples collected and any issues encountered. Assist in managing inventory of phlebotomy supplies. Provide reports or support data entry as required. Home Collection Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of Experience required. Certificate or diploma in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field. Previous experience in phlebotomy is preferred. Knowledge of blood collection procedures and medical terminology. Familiarity with basic computer use for data entry and lab records. Understanding of confidentiality and patient rights. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
