Below is the Job Description for PHE / FF Draftsman :Knowledge of AutoCAD 2021, Revit, and other services knowledge of infra coordinationPreparation of Basement surface drain & sub-soil drain
Designing of External sewage & Storm water drainage system
Preparation of water supply schematic, drainage schematicUnderground water tank and Overhead water tank plan and sections with sleeve detailsCo-ordination in drawings of engineering servicesTo draw and prepare Wall elevation, Sections of PlumbingQuantity take-off sheet for Firefighting, and plumbing,
Design and drafting, calculation of water balance sheet, water tank sizingTender drawing preparation, List of drawings, typical detail drawings
Drain sections, SWD section, site sections wrt MEPPiping & Equipment layout and material specificationDesign of all Fire Fighting systems (Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Extinguisher,pumps, Hose reel, water monitor) with all Standards & Norms
Pump room layout Rainwater harvesting (RWH) Layout Drawing
Basic knowledge of STP, ETPKnowledge of Commercial, Industrial, Hostel & Educational institute projects "
