Parco Hospital & Medical Research Institute is looking for Pharmacy Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Dispensing and Medication Management: Overseeing the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients, including prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and medical supplies
You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to medication dispensing and labeling
Pharmaceutical Care: Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to patients
This involves conducting medication therapy reviews, counseling patients on medication usage, monitoring medication effectiveness and safety, and addressing any medication-related issues or concerns
Inventory Management: Managing pharmacy inventory, including ordering medications and supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs
You ensure the availability of essential medications and optimize inventory turnover
