Pharmacy Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.

2. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

3. Provide information on prescription and over-the-counter medications, including usage and side effects.

4. Accurately input prescription information into the pharmacy computer system.

5. Ensure the correct labeling and packaging of medications.

6. Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring expiration dates.

7. Assist in ordering and receiving pharmaceutical supplies and medications.

8. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the pharmacist.

9. Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.

10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

11. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.

12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

13. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

14. Communicate effectively with pharmacists, other healthcare professionals, and customers.

15. Relay important information to customers and address any follow-up questions or concerns.

16 Responsible for performing home delivery and cash deposit tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Qualification : Minimum SSLC passed
• Age below 35 years
• Should have valid two wheeler driving license and own a two wheeler
• Male preferred (Females cal also apply if they are ready to do home deliveries)
• Selected candidates should executive a service agreement for 18 months
• Working hours on rotational shifts (weekly) : 07:00AM/08:00AM - 04:00PM/05:00PM and 02:00PM - 11:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹17,800.00 per month

Application Question(s):

• Please note that this is a rotation shift work. Timing 7AM/8AM-4PM/5PM and 2PM-11PM. We have a service agreement of 18 months.
