Job Description

The Pharmacovigilance Tester plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration, accuracy, and performance of safety data management systems, particularly focusing on Oracle Argus and IVP (Intake Validation Platform). Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scenarios to validate data migration, transformation, and interface functionality between Argus and IVP. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders, is essential to identify and resolve defects, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality deliverables. Your main responsibilities will include the following essential functions: Test Planning and Design: - Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts for testing data migration, transformation, and interface functionality. - Create validation test protocols and user acceptance test plans for system changes. - Collaborate with business analysts to understand functional requirements. Test Execution: - Conduct end-to-end testing of data migration between Argus and IVP. - Execute test cases for system functionality, data validation, and interface integration. - Identify, log, and track defects while maintaining detailed documentation. Documentation and Reporting: - Author and maintain standard operating procedures, user functional requirement specifications, and test execution summaries. - Generate comprehensive test reports including defect analysis and risk assessments. Regulatory and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. - Assist in preparing system validation documentation and support audits. Collaboration and Communication: - Work with development teams to suggest design updates for system performance. - Support change management processes and act as a liaison between project stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience and will be based in Noida, Hyderabad, or Bangalore in a hybrid work mode.
