Job Description

Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and dispensing activities.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
Monitor patient outcomes and report any adverse reactions or interactions to the medical team.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for medication management and disposal.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and health care services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to resolve medication-related issues.
