Job Description

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patient medical histories
Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab reports
Educate patients on health, wellness, nutrition, and preventive care
Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment effectiveness
Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with hospital standards
Ensure adherence to medical ethics, patient safety, and hospital protocols
