Roles and Responsibility

Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
Manage inventory of pharmaceutical products and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
Conduct patient assessments and educate them on medication reactions and side effects.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and medical terminology.
