Pharmacist

Meditrina Hospital, a leading multispecialty NABH Accredited healthcare provider in Kollam, is looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our dynamic Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in both OP (Outpatient) and IP (Inpatient) pharmacy operations within a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately to inpatients and outpatients as per doctor’s prescriptions
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of medicines
• Monitor expiry dates and manage stock rotation
• Handle billing and documentation as per hospital protocols
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth operations
• Comply with all pharmacy laws and hospital guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

• D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification (valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council registration is mandatory)
• 2–4 years of experience in a hospital OP & IP pharmacy
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceuticals and hospital pharmacy systems
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
