Job Description

Accurately fill prescriptions as per doctor’s instructions Ensure proper dosage, packaging, and labeling of medicines Maintain optimal stock levels of all medicines and medical supplies. Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely disposal of expired products. Conduct regular stock audits and manage reordering of supplies. Counsel customers on the correct usage, dosage, and side effects of medications. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Provide information about over-the-counter (OTC) products Maintain records as per statutory requirements (e.g., Schedule H & X drugs). Ensure store complies with legal, health, and safety regulations. Keep proper documentation of purchase and sales, prescriptions, and licenses
