Pharma Coordinator Female – Retail Generic Pharmacy

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced pharmacy-background female professional to handle call assistance generated from generic medicine and surgical devices advertisements, coordinate with distributors and stockists, and support smooth retail operations for our pharmaceuticals business.

Key Responsibilities

Call Assistance & Ads Handling

• Handle inbound calls and leads generated from generic medicines and surgical devices advertisements (print, digital, WhatsApp, banners, etc.)
• Explain availability of generic medicines, surgical devices, substitutes, pricing, and offers to customers
• Convert inquiry calls into orders.
• Follow up on ad-generated leads and maintain call records

Retail & Supply Coordination

• Coordinate with distributors and stockists for procurement of generic medicines and surgical devices.
• Place and track purchase orders; follow up on delivery status
• Check availability, pricing, schemes, batch, and expiry details
• Support store pharmacists in sourcing alternatives for unavailable products

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain records of calls, orders, invoices, and stock updates
• Resolve supply or customer issues related to orders and availability
• Ensure communication complies with pharmacy laws and ethical standards

Qualifications & Skills

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of generic medicines, surgical devices and substitutes
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Experience handling customer calls and ad-based leads
• Good coordination and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, ERP, billing, Excel)

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in retail generic pharmacy, pharma coordination, or call assistance
• Experience in handling pharma ad responses preferred

Work Environment

• Retail generic pharmacy / back-office
• Full-time / Day shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
