Job Description – Physics Teacher

Purpose of Role: To teach Physics (Classes 10–12 CBSE) and actively contribute to residential school life, including evening prep classes, co-curriculars, outings, and dorm care in emergencies.

KRAs:

• Teach CBSE Physics curriculum effectively.
• Conduct evening prep classes for academic support.
• Guide students in labs, projects, and competitive exam readiness.
• Participate in co-curriculars, outings, and pastoral care.

KPIs:

• ≥ 80% students score above 70% in Physics board exams.
• 100% completion of syllabus on time.
• Minimum 90% attendance in prep classes.

Skills: Strong subject expertise, clear communication, student mentoring, adaptability, teamwork.

Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Physics with B.Ed. (Residential school experience preferred).
