Job Description – Chemistry Teacher

Purpose of Role: To teach Chemistry (Classes 10–12 CBSE) and engage in residential responsibilities.

KRAs:

• Deliver CBSE Chemistry curriculum and lab sessions.
• Conduct evening prep classes for student support.
• Mentor students in practicals, projects, and competitions.
• Support co-curriculars, outings, and dorm duties.

KPIs:

• ≥80% students score above 70% in Chemistry board exams.
• All lab records and experiments completed before deadlines.
• 90%+ student participation in prep classes.

Skills: Subject mastery, lab management, clarity in teaching, mentoring, crisis handling.

Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Chemistry with B.Ed. (Residential school experience preferred).
