Experience Required: 2–4 years Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Gender Preference: Male Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics to join our esteemed institution in Amalapuram. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Mathematics, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students to achieve academic excellence. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Teach Mathematics to senior secondary students (Grades 11–12) following the prescribed curriculum. Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Student Engagement: Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods and extracurricular activities. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and participate in ongoing professional development. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background: Master's degree in Mathematics along with a B.Ed. from a recognized institution. Experience: 2–4 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and colleagues. Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
