Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Teach Mathematics to senior secondary students (Grades 11–12) following the prescribed curriculum. Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Student Engagement: Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods and extracurricular activities. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and participate in ongoing professional development. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background: Master's degree in Mathematics along with a B.Ed. from a recognized institution. Experience: 2–4 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and colleagues.
