PGT English Teacher

P&C Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of English to become a valuable addition to our esteemed faculty. Responsibilities: - Design and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student motivation and support. - Teach various aspects of English, including literature, language skills, critical analysis, reading, writing, and speaking. - Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources to enhance student learning and achievement. - Regularly evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians. - Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum, assessments, and teaching materials. - Engage in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in English education. - Contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular programs of the academy by actively participating in school events, committees, and initiatives. Qualifications: - Master's degree in English or a related field from a recognized university. - Preference given to candidates with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. - Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE or ICSE affiliated school. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. - Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes. - Knowledge of current trends and best practices in English education.
