Job Summary:

Responsible for teaching English to senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII), developing advanced language, literature, and communication skills while fostering critical thinking and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English Language, Literature, and Communication Skills as per CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Encourage reading, writing, and analytical skills through interactive classroom activities.
Mentor students for debates, elocution, and literary competitions.
Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum enrichment and co-curricular activities.
Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines and school policies.

Qualification & Experience:

Post Graduate in English with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent command over English language and literature.
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to inspire and engage senior secondary students.
Creative, organized, and student-focused approach.
