Role & responsibilities 1. Lesson Planning & Classroom Delivery Design well-structured lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Use creative instructional strategies, including storytelling, role-plays, and multimedia resources. Conduct interactive and engaging classes to enhance students language proficiency. 2. Student Engagement & Learning Enhancement Encourage critical thinking, literary appreciation, and effective communication. Provide individualized attention to students and cater to diverse learning needs. Guide students in essay writing, debate, elocution, and public speaking. 3. Assessment & Evaluation Develop and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and tests to assess student progress. Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Professional Development & Collaboration Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and training programs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English departments initiatives. 5. Classroom Management & Student Well-being Maintain an organized and disciplined learning environment. Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes creativity and intellectual curiosity.
