Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language & Literature to Middle School as per CBSE curriculum.
• Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons with strong focus on grammar, comprehension, and literature.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and practice papers.
• Train students for board exams with revision sessions, model papers, and feedback.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate notebooks, and maintain student records.
• Enhance reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills among students.
• Use smartboards and digital tools to support learning.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Communicate student progress during PTMs and academic meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in English (M.A) – mandatory.
• B.Ed required as per CBSE guidelines.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary preferred.
• Strong command over English language and literature.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to teach prose, poetry, grammar, and writing skills effectively.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
• Creative lesson planning and assessment abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct remedial classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and enrichment programs.
• Support in debate, elocution, creative writing, and literary club activities.
• Prepare question papers and academic documentation.
• Participate in school events, Annual Day, PTMs, and staff meetings.
• Contribute to curriculum and academic planning.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
