Job Description:
Triveni School, a leading institution in Madurai dedicated to academic excellence and holistic education, invites applications for the position of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Commerce and Accountancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and concept-driven instruction to senior secondary students, ensuring clarity in both theoretical and practical aspects of commerce education.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct classes for Grades XI and XII based on prescribed curriculum and board guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments that foster analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mentor students for board examinations and commerce-related competitive exams.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and professional development programs.
• Maintain discipline and foster a positive, motivating classroom environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Accountancy (M.Com or equivalent).
• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience.
