Job Profile:Roles and Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12) as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons aligned with NEP guidelines.
• Plan and execute practical sessions in the Chemistry laboratory, ensuring safety protocols.
• Create lesson plans, assess student progress, and maintain academic records.
• Provide academic mentoring and guidance for board exam preparation.
• Integrate digital resources and technology into teaching to enhance student learning.
• Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to foster a love for Chemistry.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure a disciplined learning environment.
• Conduct and participate in school-level academic competitions, science exhibitions, and Olympiads.
• Collaborate with faculty for cross-disciplinary teaching and special events.
• Participate in professional development programs and faculty meetings.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.

• Deep understanding of Chemistry and strong command over subject knowledge.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring young minds.
• Strong classroom management skills and student-centric teaching.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use modern teaching aids, smart boards, and e-learning platforms.
• Ethical, punctual, well-organized, and a team player.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
Master’s in Chemistry (Preferred)B.Ed. (Preferred)
