PGT Chemistry

You will be responsible for handling Grades 9 to 12 students and delivering engaging chemistry lessons to students with various interests and abilities. You will monitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies for improved content delivery. Additionally, you will set up exams, assessments, and experiments in line with curriculum requirements and standards. It will be your duty to establish classroom rules, ensure student understanding, and communicate any issues to parents and relevant staff members. Attending school events, meetings, and representing the school at conferences will also be part of your role. You will have the opportunity to suggest improvements for the chemistry department and school operations, and encourage student participation in science fairs and competitions.
