As a Chemistry Teacher for senior secondary students (Classes 11 and 12) following the CBSE curriculum, your primary responsibility will be to impart knowledge and facilitate effective learning experiences. You will be required to develop comprehensive lesson plans, create engaging assignments, and curate educational materials that align with the curriculum guidelines. Regular assessment of student progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations will be a crucial aspect of your role. Providing timely feedback to students to enhance their academic performance and preparing them for board exams and other competitive tests will be essential. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Masters degree in Chemistry or a related field along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or an equivalent teaching qualification. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Chemistry, particularly in CBSE schools, is required. You should have a strong command over the CBSE syllabus and examination pattern for senior secondary classes, including experience in conducting practicals and laboratory sessions. In addition to your academic qualifications, you are expected to possess in-depth knowledge of Chemistry and scientific principles. Strong interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration with fellow faculty members, parents, and students to create a conducive learning environment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires your physical presence at the work location. A total of 5 years of relevant work experience is mandatory for this role.
