Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Secondary Chemistry Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods, and the commitment to prepare students for board examinations under the Matriculation curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for grades XI and XII in accordance with the Matriculation syllabus.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical experiments to enhance conceptual understanding.
• Conduct laboratory sessions, ensure safety protocols, and guide students in scientific experiments.
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate students’ academic performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and remedial support to students.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress, attendance, and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Participate actively in school programs, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
• Uphold the school’s values, discipline standards, and code of conduct.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry (B.Ed. mandatory/preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary level (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of the Higher Secondary Chemistry curriculum under the Matriculation Board.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
• Proficiency in using teaching aids, digital tools, and modern pedagogical methods.
