Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Chemistry
Department: Academics
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach Chemistry for Senior Secondary classes (Classes XI & XII) as per CBSE syllabus.
Plan and deliver effective lesson plans covering Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
Conduct laboratory practicals, demonstrations, and ensure lab safety standards.
Prepare question papers, conduct periodic assessments, and evaluate answer scripts.
Train students for board examinations.
Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and student progress reports.
Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning.
Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and school activities.
Communicate student performance and progress to parents when required.
Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s Degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry) – Mandatory
B.Ed. qualification – Mandatory
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at Senior Secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and practical lab expertise.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with CBSE / ISC exam patterns and evaluation schemes.
Ability to motivate students and improve academic performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
