PGT BUSINESS STUDIES & ECONOMICS TEACHER

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for Business Studies and Economics to join our senior secondary faculty team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies and Economics for Grades XI and XII (CBSE curriculum).
• Design and implement lesson plans that align with CBSE standards and promote conceptual clarity.
• Use innovative pedagogical methods including case studies, real-world scenarios, and technology integration.
• Assess student progress through tests, projects, and assignments; provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for board examinations with rigorous academic support.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
• Maintain discipline and encourage positive student behavior and academic integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce/Economics (M.Com/M.A. Economics or equivalent).
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Business Studies and/or Economics at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentorship.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of NEP 2020 and 21st-century teaching practices.
• Experience in CBSE board exam evaluation or paper setting.
• Familiarity with experiential and project-based learning approaches.
