Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Biology Teacher with a strong understanding of the biology topics and concepts. As a Biology Teacher, you are responsible for managing lesson plans as well as teaching the subject to the students. You are also responsible for arranging and managing students for scientific experiments in the laboratory. In addition to this, you have to guide students in the step by step procedures for the scientific tests to ensure the safety of the students.

Responsibilities

1. Planning and preparing biology lessons based on the student’s ability to understand concepts.

2. Arranging and preparing students in the laboratory for science experiments.

3. Developing teaching strategies and techniques for monitoring student’s performance.

4. Assessing students' classwork, experiments, papers, and other assignments.

5. Organizing field trips to science museums.

6. Overseeing the student’s laboratory activities.

7. Helping students in representing our school at various events and workshops.

8. Preparing and maintaining student’s attendance records and other required documents.

9. Suggesting improvements to the Science Department in compliance with the school procedures.

10. Planning and developing teaching materials aid.

11. Staying up to date with the latest advances in science and technology as well as attending professional conferences.

Required Educational Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Biology, Science, or a related field

Work Experience: 5+ years’ experience working as a Biology teacher with a reputed school
